Objective:
Create a video for social media documenting the creative process of customizing a ceiling fan with blades shaped like bat wings.
Process:
I wanted to do this since before I even moved into the house. The kitchen ceiling fan was perfect for custom bat fan blades. After finally working my way far enough down the to-do list, it was time to get busy. Like most projects, I mostly made it up as I went along, but I made sure to record a few clips in the process. I was giddy with the results, so I started pulling together the process video. The response was surprising.

As comments started stacking up, I jumped in to maintain momentum. I answered questions with response videos, set up a waitlist for potential customers, and converted my plans into a downloadable guide. Responding to your audience is key to driving engagement, and opportunities don’t wait.
