Objective:

Design and create an animated production logo for Fly Squirrel Films, a full-service production house based in Durham, North Carolina.

Process:

Fly Squirrel Films is a duo of documentary filmmakers with a passion for telling uplifting stories by capturing what is often overlooked. Their vision for their brand included two flying squirrels, one soaring on the wind with the other grounding them in the bigger picture. The full-length version of the production logo shows just that, with shortened and minimalist versions provided for editing flexibility.
